Lucy and Tanner have known each other for over 10 years! Their families first met at church in Blue Springs, Missouri. The Sprinks lived in London from 2015-2020. The Jackleys went on a mission trip to London in 2015 and visited the Sprinks while they were there. Little did they know that they would be getting married 11 years later!

In the summer of 2022, Lucy and Tanner reconnected and started growing their friendship. This is the first picture of them together since 2015! They got to know each other through youth group and serving together. Their first date together was ice cream!

On November 11, 2022, Tanner asked Lucy to be his girlfriend at Summit Grill, and they never looked back since! After dinner they went to see Black Panther at the movies.

Over the winter, Lucy and Tanner each committed to go to Northwest Missouri State University! On January 21, 2023, they went with their families to see the Bearcats play basketball.

Lucy and Tanner went to both Blue Springs South's and Blue Springs' proms together!

In May of 2023, Lucy graduated from Blue Springs South High School and Tanner graduated from Blue Springs High School. High school sweethearts!

First Anniversary of being a couple! They celebrated by going to Summit Grill again and ice skating!

Second Anniversary of dating! It's a yearly tradition for them to go to Summit Grill and get chicken tenders.

On June 28th, 2025, Tanner asked Lucy to marry him at Loose Park! Later that day they celebrated with family and friends.

On May 30th, 2026, Lucy and Tanner will get married at their home church. They are so excited to continue the relationship that God has given them and to celebrate with all of their family and friends!
